Main thing is CLR QLM ghat section doubling which has been put on hold by Supreme court now.
Merge Ratnagiri Division of KRCL with Central Railway and Karwar Division with South Western Railway. The project works being undertaken by KRCL team can continue like other Railway companies like RVNL,RITES or IRCON.
Now this is not a fault of KRCL for this train. I was living in Vasco for 3 whole years and hence know SWR outta there.

Whoever is responsible but sufferings are forced upon passengers here. its the slowest SF train between MAO to PNVL inspite of having just 4 halts.
20.30 to 20.40 VSG departure from VSG looks good. If SWR can adjust the VSG departure of VSG YPR from 20.40 to 21.30 to 22.25 to current 22.55 then why not this one ?
