Abhi inki jagah koi railway department ka employee hota to free me use TTE seat bhi de deta.
Aise TTE ko Barkhasht kar dena chaahiye.

Sabse jyada boli lagane wale ki hi jeet hogi. TTE to fayda dekhega. Railway employee ko apni seat/berth deta.
This kind of incident exposes the loopholes in the system, TTE should be punished and railway should refund them bcz it was all their fault..
