Bangalore mumbai route is operated by VRL owned Vijayanad and SRS by Rajasekar who are not politicians and both these operators are facing severe cash crunch due to slow dow in traffic from past 9 months. They are not able to clear fuel dues for 3 months and fares are constant at rs 1000 for semisleeper and rs 1500 for sleeper from the past 5 yrs while the fuel price has Increased from rs 50 to 70 approx there is stiff competition within the bus sector with new entrants of which some go off the road after sometime.
