SR should not squeege the religios oriented travelling passenger to Velanganni by 3 times extra fares of SUVITHA Fare specials.They have to operate SF specials for the religious devotees..

Agreed . They should have given normal special train. Its not good to extract ppl who go for pilgrims.

We have seen SER suvida special for durga puja, Sankranthi/pongal special from SCR why to blame only SR ?

3 times the normal fare is only for the final 20%. The first 20-40% of people still have to pay only Tatkal fare. But I do feel that 3 times the normal fare is a but too much and the upper slab for Suvidha should be placed at 2 times the Tatkal fare. Given IR's finance woes, it is a bit unfair to expect them not to encash in situations where there is huge demand. But along with the higher fares, at least better facilities have to be guaranteed to the passengers.
