63000 crore chahiye 100 crore se kya honga.
Ek taraf modi sarkar bullet train ke sapne dekh rahi hai aur budget railway ki bajaye defense ka badaya hai.
Agar development karna hai to railway ka budget badana chahiye tha 12% defense budget bada ke konsa development hone wala hai.
