I am travelling to Ernakulam Jn by this train and will be reaching 1000. I need accommodation for fresh up for 5hours. I tried booking retiring room through IRCTC my booking my ticket book retiring room but it says retiring room cannot be booked for the destination. What does it mean? A traveller cannot hire a room at destination? Please guide me.
Boarded the train from Vskp arrived at 910 dep at 943 crossed DVD at 1006 and started to accelerate did 129kmph for few sec near Thadi and was above 110 for few mins. My coach is Oct 2021 make.
Crossed Annavaram @ 1110 97km in 64 mins the best run of the day even with slowdown to 5kmph at Elamanchili avg 90kmph use of doing 110-130kmph. Struggle started as HWH Kanyakumari exp is just a station ahead though left 30 mins before @ Vskp with LHB rake reached RJY outer 5 km before @ 1230 and reached @ 1254 on PF2. Goods train with finished iron is placed on PF1. Crossed Kovvur @ 55kmph and touched 129kmph reached Eluru at 1420 mustabada at 1500 slowed to 30 TSR as track work is going on and finally reached Vja at 1540/1600.
