I was only 4 when that all went down.
I was like 30km away from the crash spot but my chachi's place is just 1km from there.
It all went down 2km after passing Firozabad rly station.
A buffelo got smacked by Kalindi express which messed up Kalindi express loco.
The folks driving Kalindi didn't bother letting Firozabad SM know about the crash and the lazy controllers just kept giving green signals to Purushottam Express, thinking Kalindi was already at Hirangaon.
The LP and ALP of Purushottam express saw a train coming from behind but by then it was too late. They hit the emergency brakes but the 110kmph Purushottam ended up running over 5 boggies of Kalindi.

Kalindi ke guards aur drivers ne Firozabad SM ko is accident ke baare me nahi bataya aur sust controllers ne sabhi green signals purushottam Express ko de diye, sochte hue ki Kalindi hirangaon tak pahunch gayi hogi.
Purushottam express ke LP aur ALP ne piche ek train dekhi par bahut der ho chuki thi. Unhone emergency brakes lagayi par 110kmph ki speed wala Purushottam 5 boggies of Kalindi par chad gaya.

An ambulance started picking up injured peeps around 5am.
Usually, the slightly hurt folks were taken to SN Hospital in Firozabad and the seriously injured ones were sent to Medical College Agra.
Oh! I gotta tell ya, even after the crash, the controllers gave the go signal for trains to keep moving, but luckily the SM of Hirangaon was sharp enough to cut the power, so disaster was avoided with a third train.
My uncle spent 4 days at the accident scene.
My uncle's fam used 4 tractors and trolleys to collect the dead peeps and drop them in the Yamuna River.

Ambulance ne 5 baje se chotil pax ko uthane shuru kar diya.
Aam taur pe chotil ko SN hospital Firozabad me admit kiya jata tha aur gambhir chotil ko Medical College Agra refer kiya jata tha.

Ek aur baat batana chahun ki takkar ke baad controllers ne train ko bhi green signal diya par Hirangaon ki SM ki jagah pe dhyan ke wajah se teesri train takkar se bach gayi kyuki usne bijli ka supply band kar diya.

Mere mama 4 din tak hadse ke jagah pe rahe.
Meri chacha ki parivar ki 4 tractors aur trolley use kiya gaya tha hadse ke jagah se mare huye logo ko collect karke Yamuna Nadi me daalne ke liye.
