On 22 Dec.2016 i tried to login to my IRCTC account but came to know that account has been suspended so that i emailed on care@irctc.co.in for the same. Till 4.01.2016 1200 hrs noon i didn't get any response from IRCTC (received only complaint ID no). So on 04.1.2017 decided to twit RM and done also. Within 24 hrs my suspended account has been resumed. Thanks To RM Mr Suresh Prabhuji and IRCTC team.
