If One Hour Travel Time is reduced between Haridwar - Dehradun then the average speed of this train will increase to 56 km/hr nd it will be eligible for becoming SuperFast Category Train.
On every run this train is reaching Dehradun 50-70 Minutes Early.

HW-DDN time is reduced as there is no longer a crossing with Dehra Dun express (due to short termination at HW). Very likely timing for 14113/14114 will be updated when new time table are finalized

Looking purely at it's speed, one had think this is a meter gauge train. Is the entire route single diesel?

Mussoorie Express gave a very convenient full night sleep to passengers travelling to and fro Delhi and Dehra Dun/Kotdwar. Of course times have changed and a lot prefer the faster Nanda Devi Express (at the cost of sleep)

Don't understand the news or response. Once YNRK-Karnaprayag route will be completed, there WILL be a demand for trains to state capital Dehra Dun. This can be easily achieved by creating a loop at Raiwala Jn.
