Yes, due to SC and HYB divisions centralized way of working even the stations of Telangana which deserves development are ignored. Even today most of the people from various districts of Telangana depend on SC, HYB and KCG stations for their travel needs.
Today AP exp 02805 reaching NDLS had just awesome run ,BPL to NDL's covering 701 km in just 8 hours after reducing halt from TT @87.75 and @82.56 with halts💪💪💪💪

I think the coaches of AP are fit for 130. Why will it be allowed to run at 130 if its coaches are not fit for 130.
If ECoR is the best why does it show biased attitude against VSKP and regarding AP exp every train has its own importance. For example if somebody has to travel from any of the regions of AP between VSKP to BZA AP exp serves them the best and other trains like TN or TG are no way useful for them. So they obviously praise AP exp which is useful for them.
FYI, VSKP ELS was opened in early 1980s when ECoR was not even formed.
Nobody asked for Hirakud exp extension which is an inconvenient train from VSKP travelling through long route.
ECoR has extended 3 trains and did not even provide dedicated train to SBC and Varanasi which is a long pending demand.
Diverted trains via DVD which is far from VSKP main city.
New zone SCoR was announced with HQ at VSKP according to AP re organisation act in 2019.
AP is undoubtedly doing 130 but his concern is it is running at 130 with 120 kmph fit coaches.
Unfortunately many of them even after knowing how ECoR work still they support ECoR.

Secundrabad Rajdhani should be converted to Normal SF and will given halts like BZU ET RDM .As its patronage is very low during covid times and also pre covid era.
It is better not to compare one state named train with other because the state emotions come into play as every person's state is great for himself.
Many rajdhanis are not getting enough patronage because most of long distance rajdhanis take 24 hrs or more. As flight fares also have come down and also many have came to a position to afford flights that would take just around 2-3 hours of travel instead of 24 that rajdhanis take.
It is because the coaches of AP got swapped with old coaches and the VSKP CDO is not able to maintain the train well. ECoR does not care about it even after many complaints

Samta extension to Hisar got cancelled. So leave Samta and there are other destinations like Rishikesh, Haridwar or DDN to which it can be extended if needed so that it can be much useful for VSKP and other stations enroute than Hisar.
