Mr X wish to travel via full berth Sleeper class confirm train ticket only. He do not want to travel on RAC ticket. Ticket availability is only WL. He plans to book WL sleeper class tickets in order with hope to get confirm ticket on the day of travel or full refund minus 60/- clerikage. He booked the SL class ticket @ 1280/- for one adult passenger . Now Mr X is waiting for the ticket to get confirmed. Days passed. Nothing happened. Ticket status is still WL. More days passed nothing happened. Travel date came but the ticket is still waitlisted. Even before chart preparation ticket is WL. Chart preparation time arrived 4 hours before departure . As and when chart got prepared ticket got entered in RAC and now 3 hours 59 minutes left for departure. Mr X do not like the RAC offer given by Indian Railways. He...
