Yes we overtook some train right before SBB.. crossed GZB @18:02 .. and post crossing over to NCR doing 130 flat..

Haha yeah both journeys jinxed this time .. in fact last time when I travelled in Dec also had spare but was good LHB one... this time it’s quite bad...

Halted at Bihta @18:50 for 2 mins.. departed now

Just got water bottles... the pantry incharge informed pantry is not working.. they had complained at RJPB but still train sent as is .. and there is no food : nothing on board

No we pay for services.. so I will not let it go this time... they can easily run with proper rake and proper services.. if they run with reduced services they should reduce prices... after all the zone calls this one of their premium SF ... 03 complaints for different things raised online and under proceessing

Another written complaint done with train incharge... train made to halt at Buxar to on-board repair staff...

Now pantry staff came to take food order and said issue getting fixed.. and even breakfast should be available... rest ops staff at DDU will check and confirm...

For cleaning WR.. cleaning done and that ticket closed.. for other coach compartment in bad shape, got call from DRM DNR office... was trying to convince that rake is spare and all... have pushed him back.. let’s see

Pantry services partially restored as well .. dinner served .. was hot and good

imagine the frustration of LP.. manning P7 and a train cleared for 130 but doing 110 due to this sad ICF spare... will be difficult to keep close with Rajdhani

Had done several online complaints since journey started.. getting things resolved one by one.. biggest was pantry issue.. hope it’s permanently fixed and tea and breakfast are made available as usual

Yeah .. actually I got this same spare rake few days back from NDLS to PNBE and it did hold up good as led the Raj Gang ... and as luck would have it.. again got this spare rake for journey back... now is trying hard to keep pace with 12309..

That’s running normally... except when foggy is delayed... even for 12393 I spoke with train incharge and guard and they were all like don’t know why they sent this spare today as could have easily turned around the main rake..

Traffic @ Ald... 12367 arrived @01:03 and even 12309 arrived @ 01:10.. and we standing on outer

Crossed Ald in one go once started and right on tail of 12309... PF OT pf 12367 done .. in pic loco of 12367 (P7).. couldn’t capture loco number

Now both 12427 and 12309 arrived Bhamrauli while we on outer

Some issue... both still standing there

Getting delayed now... Raj will get clearance and run away but all others will get stuck now... 12367 is as well waiting now right behind us

Finally Rajdhani departs @2:03 and we start from outer as well

And depart.. OT of 12427 done

Even Raj not getting clearance.. now 1209 arrived @ SYWN @2:27.. and we on outer

12309 arrived CNB and 12393 on outer .. so far managed to be right behind Rajdhani..

Missing out now and a lot behind from 12309 mainly due to MPS diff ... doing flat 110 but can’t keep up with 130

Yes .. had slowed down on Hathras entry.. picking Up speed again... mostly doing flat 110.... got delayed yesterday mainly between ALD - Bhamrauli.. Rajdhani was stuck as well... but post CNB it shot up to 130 and escaped while we stuck at 110

Yes .. kudos to NCR for that.. even when on 12394 the other day they ran it front of the gang.. and today as well giving clearance and allowing to run at its pace ...

Stopped before Somna... crucial moments as 12301!is catching up

Started after 5 min halt

The moment crossed to NR train made to stop and crawl... within each passing moment 12301 gaining

Literally crawled from Chipiyana onwards .. could have easily gone through .. now danger of OTs

Slowly crossing Shahibabad now

Just managed to stay ahead.. so far

Finally reached at 11:56 😊😊😊

So another journey with SK comes to an end.. was memorable due to other reasons this time .. overall bad spare rakes and obviously lesser MPS but no compromise on priority esp by NCR both in Down and UP.. otherwise would have been quite bad..
