I have tried this facility at 2000 hrs today and got the transaction id for payment at 2023 hrs. That is after a delay of 23 Minutes.

Just tried to check how fast and convenient is sms ticket booking service in comparison to Website.
Please note that there is no option for Tatkal or any other Category of booking.
In comparison to Airtel SMS booking, 139 seems convenient one.
