Even I am booking from Katihar Jn, still it is showing PQWL3/WL2. Is it worth to book from Katihar instead of SPJ.

ranjish 4538 blog postsI had booked ticket for 2 passengers in 2A. Final status after chart preparation was P1 RAC and P2 WL1. I could not find any option to file TDR as chart was prepared. Is there any option available to get back the ticket cost of Rs.4500. Please guide.
