We came to know that The Reservation Ticketbooked by dalals on opening day is on fictitius name. and they sell it on black. for this they have arrangement with running TTe in particular Rute. they will not ask Photo Id from the passanger who travel through these tickets.
1.so to stop this I suggest Railway have to carry surprise check of Photo Id spicially in summer also.

But seeing the extent of corruption, people have now lost hope for any change.
1-Recent example of Supreme court commenting on CBI turned into a 'parrot' was not even a week old,
2- Govt thinks to create GoM who will recommend how to make CBI free,

and a news appeared that CBI inspect caught taking bribe of 7 lakh in some land use case relating to coal mines... and
4- Immediately TV comment by Digvijay Singh appeared which focused on 'status of CBI being questioned' ... Now This makes the 'Foot in Mouth' situation.
