in-laws' home in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. After being assigned a lower berth, Singh approached her, showed her obscene videos, and lured her into the toilet where he attempted to rape her. The victim's screams alerted other passengers who tried to open the toilet door, causing Singh to flee. Later, the victim and other passengers apprehended Singh selling items in the pantry car. The matter was reported to the Chakradharpur GRP and RPF, who apprehended Singh and the victim and brought them to Chakradharpur. The incident is being transferred to Jajpur GRP as it occurred within their jurisdiction. The victim's mobile phone, which fell into the toilet during the assault, was recovered, along with the SIM card Singh had given to the victim.

Uttar Pradesh ke Jhansi mein apne sasural ja rahi thi. Lower berth diya gaya, Singh uske paas gaya, usse obscene videos dikhaya aur usse toilet mein le gaya jahan usne usse rape karne ki koshish ki. Victim ki screams ne doosre passengers ko alert kiya jinhone toilet ka darwaza kholne ki koshish ki, jisse Singh bhaag gaya. Baad mein victim aur doosre passengers ne Singh ko pantry car mein kuchh bechta hua pakda. Matter Chakradharpur GRP aur RPF ko bataaya gaya, jinhone Singh aur victim ko Chakradharpur mein train se utar ke thaane mein le jaaya. Incident Jajpur GRP ko transfer kiya ja raha hai kyunki yeh unki jurisdiction mein hua tha. Victim ka mobile phone, jo attack ke dauraan toilet mein gir gaya tha, recovered hua hai, saath mein SIM card bhi jo Singh ne victim ko diya tha.
