The MP highlighted the importance of the halt for pilgrims and travelers to Ranchi and Varanasi, and mentioned the ongoing beautification project for Parasnath station under the Amrit Sarovar scheme. He also discussed the central government's allocation of 50 crores for land surveying and acquisition for a new railway line from Parasnath to Giridih. Minister Baby Devi emphasized the convenience of the halt for passengers and urged for a reconsideration of the train's fare to make it accessible to all. The event was attended by numerous dignitaries including senior DCM of Dhanbad, railway officials, and representatives of various political parties.
