See, Jabalpur Nainpur Balaghat Gondia route is struggling for new trains since 2020 after Narrow gauge to Broadgauge conversion. If Railway board wants then they can start , otherwise wastage of money on this Gauge conversion, only captured by Goods trains and only 6 trains are running.
I am the only person who is not only struggling to get new trains but also for bypass lines to get constructed to avoid loco reversal.

Amravati express was inaugurated way back in 1980s , extended to Howrah in early 2000s so it should have got increased frequency way before today but seems like no one was interested back then
I can understand your concern but a zone like SECR is not maintaining infrastructure of its main route only & you are expecting a drastic change from them that too in a branch route. They intentionally delay the trains from Howrah to Mumbai & are prioritising goods traffic in Bilaspur-Raipur- Gondia - Nagpur route. People of Chattisgarh are protesting due to these delays . MP of Raipur also has raised this matter in Parliament regarding constant delay of trains like Howrah Mumbai Duronto, Bilaspur Rajdhani etc . Even Chattisgarh High Court in Bilaspur also had to pass a judgement & issued legal notice to SECR reduce delay of local trains. Now you can understand where you & the voice of your region lies

Also I understand your pain personally as the region where I belong to also doesn't get new trains or extensions so often. Hope atleast your area demands are fulfilled.
