victim's father, Sohrab, filed a petition with the Chief Judicial Magistrate, alleging foul play. The CJM, upon reviewing the case, ordered the Vindhamganj police to register a case and investigate the matter, finding evidence suggestive of a potential murder. The CJM ordered the investigation after the initial police report claimed the death was caused by a train and dismissed evidence suggesting a murder. The victim's father alleged that two local men, Rajan and Dharmendra, were involved and that the police initially ignored his complaint.

Chief Judicial Magistrate ke paas ek petition daal di, jisme unhone foul play ka aarop lagaaya. CJM ne case ko dekhne ke baad Vindhamganj police ko case register karne aur investigation karne ka order diya, kyunki evidence se pata chala ki shayad murder hua hai. CJM ne investigation ka order diya kyunki pehle police report me kaha gaya tha ki maut train se hui hai aur murder ke evidence ko ignore kiya gaya tha. Ladki ke papa ne aarop lagaaya ki do local ladke, Rajan aur Dharmendra, isme involved the aur police ne pehle unki complaint ko ignore kiya.
