Eastern Railway is reclassifying eight of its Mail/Express trains from 'superfast' to regular Mail/Express status. This change is happening because these trains are not meeting the superfast speed criteria of 55 km/h. These trains have an average speed of 49.77 km/h to 54.91 km/h, making them ineligible for the superfast...

classification. Passengers are often misled by the 'superfast' label, as these trains do not travel at the expected faster speeds. The reclassification is aimed at providing accurate information to passengers regarding travel times and improving operational clarity. The revised classification will not affect the existing schedules or travel arrangements, but will provide a more realistic expectation of travel times. This move is part of a broader effort by Indian Railways to improve service quality and transparency. The Railway Board will review the proposal, and the revised train numbers will be implemented from the Advance Reservation Period (ARP) date.

Eastern Railway aapne aath Mail/Express trains ko 'superfast' category se regular Mail/Express status mein convert karne ka proposal diya hai. Yeh change isliye ho raha hai kyunki ye trains 55 km/h ki superfast speed criteria ko meet nahi kar pa rahe hain. In trains ki average speed 49.77 km/h...

se 54.91 km/h ke beech hai, jiske wajah se yeh superfast classification ke layak nahi hain. Passengers ko 'superfast' label se bhul bhulaya ja raha hai, kyuki ye trains expected faster speeds pe nahi chal rahi hain. Reclassification ka matlab hai passengers ko travel times ke baare mein sahi jaankari dena aur operational clarity improve karna. Is revised classification se existing schedules ya travel arrangements pe koi asar nahi padega, lekin isse travel times ki realistic expectation aayegi. Yeh move Indian Railways ke service quality aur transparency improve karne ke efforts ka hissa hai. Railway Board proposal ko review karega, aur revised train numbers Advance Reservation Period (ARP) date se implement kiye jayenge.

These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
