Divisional Commercial Manager and Rajbhasha Officer Vikas Kumar welcomed all the officers and commenced the meeting. The Divisional Railway Manager released the poetry collection 'Yaadon Ke Bhanwar' written by Assistant Signal and Telecommunication Engineer Krishn Pal Singh of Adra Division. Senior Translator Umasankar Singh presented a report on the decisions taken in the previous meeting. Additional Divisional Railway Manager and Additional Chief Rajbhasha Officer K.N. Ghosh urged all to ensure 100% compliance of the decisions taken in the meeting. The Divisional Railway Manager expressed happiness over the state of Rajbhasha promotion in Adra Division. He requested the Rajbhasha Department to present biographies of famous writers through power presentations in the next meeting. This would help in spreading knowledge about literature and writers. The Divisional Railway Manager urged all branch officers to gradually increase the percentage of Rajbhasha-related work done in their departments.

Adra Division ke Assistant Signal aur Telecommunication Engineer Krishn Pal Singh dwara likhi gayi shayri sangrah 'Yaadon Ke Bhanwar' book ka release, Divisional Railway Manager ne kiya. Senior Translator Umasankar Singh ne pehle meeting mein liye gaye decisions par report pesh kiya. Additional Divisional Railway Manager aur Additional Chief Rajbhasha Officer K.N. Ghosh ne sabse aagraah kiya ki meeting mein liye gaye decisions ka sat-pratiशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए. Adra Division mein Rajbhasha ke prachar-prasar ki sthiti par, Divisional Railway Manager ne khushi jahir ki. Unhone Rajbhasha Department se aagraah kiya ki aage ki meeting mein, power presentations ke madhyam se prasiddh sahityakaron ki jivani pradarshit ki jaye. Jisse sahitta aur sahityakaron se sambandhit gyan ka prachar-prasar aur sambardhan ho sake.
