रांची : 170 करोड़ की 52 पेयजल योजनाओं में वन, रेलवे और एनएचआइ का पेच

The 'Jal Jeevan Mission' was launched in 2019 by the central government to provide clean drinking water to every household. In Jharkhand, 52 rural drinking water schemes are pending under the mission due to clearance issues from the Forest Department, NHAI and Railways. The total cost of these pending schemes is...

170.54 crore rupees, with some projects pending for over a year and a half. These delays have resulted in over 1 lakh households not receiving clean water. 26 schemes are pending with the Forest Department, including the Sahibganj-Pakur-Dumka Mega Bulk Water Supply Scheme. The NHAI and Railways have 10 and 16 pending schemes respectively. Godda district has 4 schemes pending costing 125.68 crore rupees, followed by 11 schemes in Koderma (27.97 crore rupees), Sahibganj (5.5 crore rupees), Giridih (9 crore rupees) and Dumka (2.38 crore rupees). Despite crores already spent, some projects remain stagnant. The 'Har Ghar Nal Jal' scheme aimed to provide clean drinking water to 62.16 lakh households in the state by March 31, 2024. However, only 32 lakh households have received water, leaving 30 lakh households waiting. Due to Jharkhand's geographical challenges, the state government has requested an extension until December 2024 to complete the scheme.

Central government ne 2019 mein 'Jal Jeevan Mission' ke under 'Har Ghar Nal Jal' scheme start ki thi. Lekin Jharkhand mein 52 grammeena peeyajal yojanaye pending hain kyonki Forest Department, NHAI aur Railways se clearance nahin mil pa rahi hai. In pending yojanaon ka total kharcha 170.54 crore rupees hai, aur...

NHAI ke paas 10 aur Railways ke paas 16 yojanaye clearance ke liye pending hain. Godda district mein 4 yojanaye pending hain, jin ki cost 125.68 crore rupees hai. Koderma district mein 11 yojanaye pending hain, jin ki cost 27.97 crore rupees hai. Sahibganj, Giridih aur Dumka mein bhi kuchh yojanaye pending hain. Isme kuchh yojanaon pe karodon rupees kharch bhi ho chuka hai. March 31, 2024 tak 62.16 lakh gharon tak clean drinking water pahunchana tha. Lekin ab tak sirf 32 lakh gharon tak paani pahunch paaya hai. Abhhi bhi 30 lakh gharon ko peeyajal ka intezaar hai. Jharkhand ki bhaugolik sthiti ki wajah se state government ne scheme ko December 2024 tak extend karne ka request kiya hai.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
