What do you think about pricing ? Way expensive looks Ike the rent or license fee is exorbitant and so do the pricing of food. These prices are I'n 3 star hotels.

The problem in India is the railways stations are situated in old areas about 50-100yrs old with vast Raolway land giving no scope pf private operators to run food outlets or Hotels nearby in an ambient atmosphere near to Rly stations making them monopoly in transportation and food.

Stay near Vijayawada Rly station Gate 3 think forward end towards Krishna river.
The pricing seems to be reasonable for brief stay.
