Railway ke sabhi mandalon mein kiya ja raha hai. Isme employees se unki raay le jaa rahi hai ki agar zarurat pade to OPS ko laagu karne ke liye hum log strike bhi karenge. Men's Congress ke Divisional Coordinator, Shashi Mishra ne bataya ki 2004 ke baad join hue naye employees ne is secret ballot mein bahut enthusiasm se hissa liya aur strike ko bhi pura support de rahe hain. Bondamunda branch ke secretary, Sachin D. Shekhar Rao aur branch ke sabhi officials aur active members ne is secret ballot ko lead kiya.
