because a) reservation is for social upliftment and no where does this makes sense that to end social discrimination we should give subsidized tickets to depressed classes and b) even if it does gets implemented many communities status differs (ie Kolis are SC in Rajasthan, Telis are SC in Himachal but both of them are OBC on a central level) why should people of the same community pay different fares?
