If it's in AC slot it can only be upto Vskp and not further max upto Srikakulam. There are proposals to make Duronto into daily earlier upto 2020 so it can be done keeping Duronto timings and stoppages add RjY doesn't make much difference as it skips at 15-30kmph. Srikakulam road station is not capable of handling trains for long hours max 2-3 hours as it blocks the loop line which may be in PF 1. As per observation in Google maps the station doesn't have extra space to have extra stabling lines or add another PF. It is bounded by roads on both sides.
Vskp don't need any sc trains now, Duronto has average occupancy on weekdays whereas vzm/che/psa people need dedicated sc train
Even if it starts from psa vskp will have great quota,atleast 40 percent will be filled from vizag itself,present vzm,che people are depending on Falcon and visakha
If not che psa is better option to start train they already ran che tpty/sc spls I don't know the turnaround time they had at che and where they are parked, I don't think rjy halt be enough it's gonna be a short distance train and...
