Agree. In fact in one report tabled by CAG ( I think it was for 2019) it was mentioned that in a major chunk of experimental stoppages, the earnings were far less than cost of stoppages which was a huge expenditure for railways. It was mentioned that despite asking zones to review etc, in many cases this was not being followed. Stoppages & new trains are always the easy way for politicians to come to limelight with the least effort.
