Why has the SER not restored all EMU and MEMU trains as of now. Most important trains like SRC JGM MEMU and HWH GTS MEMU and many other EMU trains have not been restored. Also please request the SER authority to immediately start issuing daily tickets in few important trains like ARANYAK EXPRESS, PURULIA EXPRESS. It's urgently required for daily commuters to attend their offices in time..
SER has shortage of EMU and MEMU rakes so many trains still not restored. Some EMU locals are permanently cancelled by SER in ZBTT and remaining ones will run after rake availability. New EMU rake will come in 2022-23 to SE.
Slowly slowly rest will be restored.
Dereservation of some coaches in PRR Exp, Aranyak, Rupasi, Steel, etc train, SER is thinking on it. Will be announced soon

I understand your point. But I beg to ask a question here. The ER has ensured the running of all EMU and MEMU trains after lifting the lockdown, but why the SER has the excuse of not having enough Rakes and Coaches to restore normalcy? Moreover, in SER we don't get real time updates about the running status of local trains. Most of the apps fail to provide accurate location of running status. Sometimes, status is not updated for more than 30 minutes. But in ER, real time updates with accurate locations of local trains are available. I don't understand, why, in most cases local trains run 15-30 minutes late during office hours and in return journey too. Moreover, the issue of de-reservation of some of the popular short distance Express trains has been raised in several platforms for daily commuters for a considerable times, but initiative taken by the SER....
