ET - Bina - KMZ - ET Vindhyachal Parikrama Express. Will actually be beneficial for DMO SGO passengers because they have a single train to ET as of now

Yeh bhi try kar lo, why should Hoshangabad be ignored by a train which serves almost half of Madhya Pradesh.

Yes It was once extended to itarsi via hbd in 2016 during ujjain kumbh mela for 2 days
Rather a similar train should run (say Madhyanchal Exp :p) between KTE & JBP via SGO-BPL-PPI.
