"Bihari" is not racist.
"Typical Bihari" is, learn the basic difference between these two before taking Singular Words out of context according to your convenience.
Devnagari Script is not something that's limited to Bihar. Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh... The list goes on.

वंदेभारत ट्रेनों में पानी में कटौती। यात्रियों को अब 1 लीटर की जगह 500 ML की बोतल मिलेगी। दोबारा मांगने पर यात्री को फिर 500 ML बोतल मुफ्त मिलेगी। रेलवे का तर्क– "कुछ यात्री पानी पूरा खर्च नहीं करते। इससे पानी की बरबादी होती है"
