Horrible Timings for 16508 ,16210 between Harihar to Hubli.
These both trains will easily reach Hubli before 5AM.
1 hour 30mins is more than sufficient time between HVR-UBL.

SBC LTT with RSA LTT UBL is definitely possible. UBL train terminal was shifted to DR only recently.
Onward SBC LTT : SBC 2200 UBL 0500 LTT 1900. RSA LTT DEP 2030 UBL 1030.
Return UBL LTT : Dep UBL 1600 LTT ARR 0630. RSA LTT DEP 0830 UBL 2230 SBC 0530.

TT might be workable provided CR is willing to keep a pf turnaround at DR which has just 2 PF for originating & terminating trains. Also in UBL is 4.5 hours sufficient for PM at UBL end ? Train ideally in most cases takes at least 40-45 min before it is shunted from PF to pit line
LTT can accommodate this. When CSTM can hold NCJ CSMT for 1-1/2 hours, LTT can coolly hold SBC LTT UBL train for 2 hours. Also, from DR, there is a train at 2130 (Chalukya/ Sharavati).
PM should be at UBL. Round trip UBL LTT SBC LTT UBL Nearly 4000 kms. SM can be at SBC/ YPR on completion of 2000 kms (UBL LTT SBC).
