I won't cross my fingers regarding this one. Running it on same route but in reverse direction as Shatabdi means that there should be enough nos of passengers at every intervening station for it to be feasible. The alternative route also has only Tatanagar as main station. Also, just look at the CC of the current Shatabdi. With a total of mere nine coaches, it's obvious there is not enough demand[other Shatabdis like Bhopal or Lucknow] run with nearly double the nos. It's obvious the demand isn't necessarily enough.
