Govt should issue a circular here also as to whether whichvof the two trains, Kerala SK or Karnataka SK can use the term KSK :D
IR has already given Kerala and Karnataka SK names to both the states and why it should again give a clarification or order which one to call KSK. It is the railfans of different forums or travellers or whomever it is who have named it. They should have given KL to Kerala and KA to Karnataka instead of now looking at govt to clarification.

The whole thing is still open and likely to be challenged as and when formal notification comes out, but there was a fairly strong reaction from netizens when this happened; my post was a lame attempt to make a joke of that.

Kerala SRTC deserved it as it was formed 10 years before Karnataka SRTC
Now, as it is clarified by Trade mark registry, Karnataka has no right to use it.
