IR has already given Kerala and Karnataka SK names to both the states and why it should again give a clarification or order which one to call KSK. It is the railfans of different forums or travellers or whomever it is who have named it. They should have given KL to Kerala and KA to Karnataka instead of now looking at govt to clarification.
Arre bhai it was meant to be a joke :D You may have heard of this, recently there was news about a notification that henceforth only Kerala SRTC can use the term KSRTC and not Karnataka SRTC. Kerala SRTC deserved it as it was formed 10 years before Karnataka SRTC Now, as it is clarified by Trade mark registry, Karnataka has no right to use it. Since this is a rail forum, I'm not interested to go further deep into the topic.
