I understand upgradation of infra in NGP ET is tough but what about BPQ NGP, it's very flat surface n moreover Sewagram Nagpur is even more important section, still trains struggle to reach Nagpur ontime. Though with Ghats NGP ET provides better run than BPQ NGP. NGP SECR has done good job again by upgradation to 130. I really don't understand y CR is so negligent of their infra.
