Rake status of SER as on 29.3.21 as far my information:

1. Ispat exp has 2 rakes ready
2. Coromandel exp has 2 rakes ready
3. Howrah-Digha Kandari rake already ready with RSA partner...

4. HWH-Digha AC exp 1 rake ready
5.HWH-RNC ICE Via Adra rake already ready with RSA partner running
6. Howrah-Hyderabad East coast exp 2 rake ready, 3rd rake under preparations coaches arranged already almost ready, for other rakes full rake coaches not available, arrangement of coaches under progress.
7. HWH-CSMT Duronto rake a available testing and other works under progress
8. Hwh-Ghatshila MEMU rake ready

There is a huge shortage of coaches in SER to form rakes. SER is not even getting New LHB Coaches from RB and production units since past 3 months now.
H-LHB old rake of HWH-YPR Duronto is needed to be used by SER i think, but again SER doesn't have H-LHB GS Coaches rolling stock. I suggest to use the rake for SHM-PNBE Duronto after getting RB Approval.
