5 things you should never do after eating!

There are simple rules, violation of which leads to the failure of our body, and, consequently, to certain unpleasant consequences! Incredibly, I didn't even know that! And everyone needs to know this!
After eating, many people tend to lie down and watch a movie or just relax without knowing that this horrible habit can be

extremely detrimental to their overall health. So today we have a list of 5 things you should never do after eating:
1. Smoking
Many people know that smoking is extremely harmful to their health and yet they still continue to live with this horrible habit, and they even do it right after eating. It is very important not to smoke for a few hours after a meal, because cigarettes contain nicotine, which reduces the amount of oxygen needed for digestion, thus allowing the body to absorb more carcinogens than usual.
According to some studies, smoking immediately after eating one cigarette causes the same harm as from 10 cigarettes smoked at once. In addition, it may increase the risk of lung cancer and bowel cancer.
2. Eat fruit
Eating fruit after a meal can cause heartburn, upset stomach and belching.
The sugar in the fruit takes longer to fully absorb. It is worth mentioning that you will get much more benefits from all the nutrients, fiber and other sugars when your stomach is empty.
3. Sleep
If you go to bed immediately after eating, you will experience discomfort, bloating and trouble sleeping because it makes your stomach work hard during the night. Ioannina University Medical School conducted a study that showed that people who did not go to bed after eating had a much lower risk of stroke. Therefore, it is recommended not to eat at least 2-3 hours before bedtime.
4. Shower
Shower immediately after eating increases blood flow in the legs and arms, thereby reducing blood flow to the stomach. This will weaken your digestive system and can lead to abdominal pain.
5. Drink tea
You should never drink tea immediately after a meal because it will interfere with the absorption of iron. Tea contains tannic acids that bind to iron and protein in our food. It is scientifically proven that in most cases this leads to an 87% reduction in iron absorption. And iron deficiency can lead to anemia, thereby causing pale skin, poor appetite, cold hands and feet, dizziness, weakness, and constant fatigue. Thus, you can conclude that there are certain things that you should avoid immediately after eating.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
