It should be replaced with SF with 22 LHB coaches. There is no use of adding AC sleeper coaches only as the AC chair cars will run empty. Instead they be replaced with sleepers. The config can be 2 2AC 6 3AC 6SL 6GS 2EOG total 22. As both directions it runs as intercity enough of GS coaches should be there. I am sure it will be super hit just like KCG after adding 3 AC and SL is hit and added more coaches in just a month.

A new dedicated super fast train should be run between Vskp-Tirupati it can be via Bhimavaram once doubling+Electrification works and Gudur 3rd line works are done so that it covers maximum area and slot availability will be high.
Instead, make it as a secondary coach and run Uday till TPTY on a daily basis. With a bit aggressive schedule and revised TT Train can be made to reach TPTY by 6.30pm.
