Now from where IR will Earn in Future? IR will live only on RENT from PRIVATE PLAYERS in Future? A big question comes up. Also IR is Spending their Money to Construct new lines and after completing them handing them over / opening them to Private companies to run train?
Production Units, Passenger Trains, Freight Trains, also with it Cattering service ( done earlier), Hotels, Malls In stations, Platforms, Cleaning and Maintenance...

etc....in Every sector/ arm of IR Private Players Entered and these private players will pay you can say RENT to IR against using IR assets. So, IR is it going to survive in Future only on RENT? It is Not Possible for Long Run at all and slowly slowly every of these sectors/ arms will be Fully Privatised.
Also in Freight business, Private Companies are given Freedom to decide the Freight charges they will charge..... so with Internal setting with Private Players and the Client Private companies the Freight rates will be kept lower than IR rates in Initial years and Freight loading will be Lost by IR and that Freight will be Carried by Private Freight trains and IR will Loss in Freight business also in years to come. Now we know even Coal sector is going to be Privatisation, so these internal setting between Private Coal companies and Private train companies will apply to in that sector and coal business will get shifted slowly to private Freight companies and IR will be in Total Loss in Freight business also.
THIS IS ANOTHER STEP TOWARDS FULL IR PRIVATISATION. IF NOT STOPPED IN NEXT 5 TO 10 YEARS FULL IR WILL BE IN TOTAL LOSS AND WILL GET FULLY PRIVATISED.
