Chalukya is a crawler in UBL YPR and vice versa. So, they can be made to start much later from Dadar by say 2 hours (ie by 2345 and arrive at TCTB by 2200 and proceed further. Similarly from PDY or TEN side, it wastes more than 3 hours in and around Bangalore. So, they can start late from their starting points by 2 hours and still maintain schedule.
How about a possible bypass link near Lottegollahalli to link Hosur line to Yelahanka? This can help LTT CBE daily and weekly Kongu express to avoid LR. Also this will help in running suburban trains from electronic city to airport. One more possibility is to link Hosur line to Yelahanka line near

as per me, even if 3 pfs are completed and passenger amenities are in ppace, TCTB would be opened as signalling and track work is already completed.

The YNK-TCTB line would have been possible 5-10 years before, now the if line is laid, there are lot of buildings and the curve would be too sharp which would be against the safety standards.I guess now if the tracks are laid,it would be an 175 m huge sharp curve which might be against the safety regulations for sure.
There had been a discussion about the same here, try reading it./blog/post/4660582

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
