I don't understand railway controlling. When a special train uses a available slot( where on other days respective train runs dot on time Eg nanded-vskp/sambalpur) why specials are delayed? Just because they are specials they are trolled.

It is run in the slot of Vskp NED in both directions and Sambalpur NED is rin via Vskp with LC. Being a full AC train it should have been routed via VSKp but was run in bypass route and added to it running late is not acceptable. They don't have loco or loco pilots to run spls on time there is no point of taking special fare. They should ensure that they run on time and should not take them granted as goods train.
