the worst part of ignorance is giving amenities for passengers coming to board their trains in various main stations in Maharashtra like Pune, KYN,DR,BSL etc. and for example i am in pune so most of the times i have to go to pune station to pick and drop my relatives so in pune not even a single lift is there in any of the platforms to go to FOB's and even there are not much escalators in platform 1 and the parking space for cars in platform no. 1 side is worst as there are no proper space for car parking and sometimes we have to give the keys of our car also to the parking guys so that other parking cars can be taken out so its a very worst situation in Pune station and i think this station is very in terms of passengers and trains also but CR...

has not given much importance to this station amenities yet and only god know when we can see lifts and more escalators in Pune station which i didnt seen from past 10-12 years now.

CR and WR are mumbai based zones. SWR is Hubballi based zone. Mh has two zones to cover the whole state.

It is very clear that CR Pune Division does not want to run Pune-Belagavi Janshatabdi by giving such reasons which are not correct. Earlier CR also stopped the Extension of Belagavi-Miraj passenger trains upto Sangli by giving the reason that Belagavi-Miraj-Sangli route is congested. While the fact is that Pune-Sangli-Belagavi route has the lowest utilization in Indian railway. Hardly, 8 daily express trains, few passengers and few goods trains run on Pune-Sangli-Miraj-Belagavi route. People have been demanding Pune-Belagavi Janshatabdi exp since last 20 years, but due to such reports by CR, this train could not be started. CR has not allowed to connect Belagavi with Sangli and Pune by direct convenient trains till now. Now, Belagavi has got MOSR Shri Suresh Angadi and we are sure that he will start Pune-Belagavi Janshatabdi and also he will extend Belagavi-Miraj passenger trains upto Sangli.
