Kolkata/Howrah can have premium intercity trains but this TATA one is not feasible at all. Patronage of PURI Shatabdi as well as NJP Shatabdi can be increased many folds, but only if the timings are reversed. Current timings are not suitable at all. PURI Shatabdi even has a cheaper alternative on same time slot in BBS Janshatabdi. Even if an alternate schedule is provided, it would collide with Dhauli Express. Same would be for TATA Tejas, It would collide with either Janshatabdi or Ispat in morning or Steel in evening. NJP Shatabdi looks the only feasible one, if run early morning from HWH.
