I heard there is line block at BSL going on due to which 12628 Karnataka express is getting delayed heavily . Is it related to track repair works or replacement of new tracks ?

Works going on in between Kulali and Tilati
A major block was imposed during my journey about 2 weeks ago in between
Akalkot Road and Nagansar
Although block was for 5 kms but still works were going on till Kulali where trains were allowed to pass through with TSR of 30-40 kmph

Akalkot Road to Nagansar the TSR was 10-15 kmph
Several machines were imposed for the work.
2 Plassers, 4-5 cranes, 7-8 trucks, about 100+ workers.
Huge rest camp for workers and officials.
15-20 official cars and engineers also were on field for accomplishing their task
Maybe their deadline for the same is very soon.

But daily iam observing this train gets delayed right after BSL and from there on it gets trolled in SUR division heavily by 4- 5 hrs , Although it's schedule time to reach SBC at 13:40. From past 2 - 3 days this train is reaching SBC at 18:30PM.

Trains are detained at Solapur and Bale station and
Clearance is given at a time for couple of trains
I think still there is a diversion for many...
