Platform 1 (after increasing of height and increase of length for 26 boggies and shed making)
Earlier this platform had only station board before 2014-15
No platform height(concreting), no shed, no toilets, no shopstalls etc
When after 2014-15, many trains started diverting from here, this platform was ignored and platform 2-3 was constructed that time in south side.
But...
more...
now it is being renovated to increase height and for 26 bogie type.
But I think railway didn't plan well. In North there are two lines, up and down for main line (ndls hwh)
Then this platform 1 having opening only to recieve train towards one end (south end)
North side line (Up line mentioned above) is two metres far from the platform.
Then there are six loop lines towards its south.
Then platform 2-3 combined.
I think if railway ne centre wali 6 loop lines me se do lines hatakar platform banaya hota to platform ke dono side ka utilisation ho jaata
But now only one side is used

Are appropriate facilities there like Cloakroom, Food Stalls, Waiting Hall etc. ?
What are the future plans for this Station ?
New Platform, Food Court, yards etc. ?

Cloakroom No plan
Waiting room: Open walled and very small
Food stalls: Many dhaba just outside station on Allahabad Mirzapur NH 76E, Refreshments Stall on platform 2-3
No new platform planned

passing trains and only one passenger train originating (ACOI ET passenger)
No Yard planned
After DFC Commissioning in end 2019 between bhaupur and mughalsarai, the six(06) loop lines between platform 1 and platform 2-3 will be free as Yard type as they caters only for looping goods train now
But also there is space towards south side for making 3-4 line Yard which in future can be utilised
