Though it has stop at andheri but it is on experimental bases. Thats why IRCTC and Railway not updated their time schedule.

I just tried booking a ticket in this train in irctc.
For 2953 Mumbai-Delhi, Andheri is available as a boarding point station. But when we check availability from Andheri, no seats are available in any class. One has to book from Mumbai Central and change boarding point to Andheri.
For 2954 Delhi-Mumbai, Andheri is not not available as alighting station.

Befor Andheri, it has (for long) been halting at Borivali in both the directions. Borivali had never been a ticketing point (IR does not want to loose revenue) and hence one had / has to buy ticket from / to Mumbai Central with a Boarding point (2953) Borivali. Since, there is no practice of mentioning alighting point (prior to destination), Borivali could / can not be mentioned as destination.
The same case is there with Andheri.

Jain saheb, there is a 3AC and 2AC quota from bvi to nzm. - as at this time, 9 & 6 available from bvi to nzm - (3a & 2a)and for other dates also later than jun 10. pl check in this website. on days before june - its all WL. It is not bct quota. bct availability is 172 at this time for 3a. The fare is Rs.25/-less from bvi. BVI is a ticketing point sir. pl note. thanks.

i) Note that Borivali is official full fledged commercial stop of 2954/A K Rajdhani.
ii) Here is the latest blog entry # 19580 where the booking is from Borivali to Nizamuddin under WL in 2954 train.
iii) But may be true for Andheri stop. That No ticketing from Andheri but only boarding point facility at Andheri stop- with booking from Mumbai Central.
