Had similar scenario travelling in 12601 mangalore mail yesterday, there were lot of open ticket people (mostly migrant labour) crowding the sleeper compartment all through the night even shouting at each other, Women passengers couldnt even go towards this side of compartment with the kind of stares they got. Neither TTE or Train Captain took any action even after seeing this, they were moving around as if no one was there and RPF was nowhere to be found. after raising through twitter got response on twitter from railmin id, drm id and rpf id, but no action happened on ground.. and in daytime 12601 is anyway like a passenger train... free for all unauthorized vendors, beggars etc.

They were even yelling at each other, making it really uncomfortable for everyone else. The women passengers couldn't even go to that side of the compartment because of the creepy stares they were getting. The ticket checker and the train captain didn't do anything about it, they just kept walking around like they couldn't see anything. And the Railway Protection Force (RPF) was nowhere to be found. I complained about it on Twitter to the Rail Ministry, the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), and the RPF, but nothing was done about it. And during the day, the 12601 is already like a passenger train, with unauthorized vendors and beggars roaming around freely.

Na TTE, na Train Captain ne is par koi kadam uthaya, woh log aise ghoom rahe the jaise koi maujood hi nahi tha aur RPF bhi kahin dikhai nahi di. Twitter par shikayat karne ke baad railmin id, drm id aur rpf id se jawab mila, lekin koi karyavahi nahi hui. Aur din me 12601 toh waise bhi ek passenger train ki tarah hoti hai... aazad beoparik vendors, bhikhari, sabhi aate hai.
