Running new trains via Braganza SWR has Ghat constraints and can't run more than 20 coaches. If new trains asked via KR they say terminal constraints at Vasco. 3 PFs are already underutilized, Vasco is operating with the same old pitline built during GC in 1999 or so why can't SWR increase it to accommodate 24 coachers and why can't they construct a new one ?
It's like SWRs entire focus is on selected parts of Karnataka only. Absolutely SWR did no development at all in Goa by their own will.
