I agree to the point, people enter in the reserved compartment with general ticket and by paying merely 50 or 60 rupees to the TC and gets their berth instead of paying full fare along with the fine(this is called adjustment policies). Both passenger and TC involvement in it(Passengers save some extra and TC gain extra money other than their salary).
If you want NF Railway to progress in near future, this type of corrupt activities should be stop and railways employing(TC) should be honest with their profession and they should first think of their country before their personal means.

this type of activities continues than its direct lost to the Indian Railway.
Its a general request to all the passenger to pay full fare travel with pride instead of involving in such activities and also requested to the railway employ(TC) to be honest to the job and allow the railway to progress and don't sale their loyalty for few extra money.
Railway is a public property and its the duty of the common people of India to take responsibility to avoid all illegal means of travel and littering its premises.
