more... cr respectively total earnings comes to around 217 cr.now open ur eyes and feel the difference.regarding ur question on shatabdi from patna is that distance of major cities of patna is less(BGP-230 KM,MFP-89 KM,DBG-120 KM) SO DO U THINK IR will run shatabdi on such short diastance.now as patna rail bridge is completed soon a new dd or shatabdi will be there for lucknow.u must also note that setting up a seperate zone is not feasible because it requires large sum of money.on brighter side u can ask for more trains,project etc that will be good.railway projects are delayed all over india it is not particular to jharkhand or any other state.
