Any specific reason? Members please clarify.
Kakinada part of SR anytime in the past? If it is so then that could be the reason since Circar is the oldest train compared to Gowtami/Seshadri.

Botrh the end zones and passing through zone should accept else trains announced like SBC-MAS Daily Day Train will be in limbo if all concerned zones are not in same page.
You can add Ananthapuri also in your list, as though it starts from TVC, more than 90% of its run is inside TN only.
Yes but TVC will provide more pax and quota wise now restricted a bit till TEN.
Also post doubling and converted to SF this will be the fastest connection between MS & TVC which might make TVC pax to use this as their primary connectivity to Chennai.

From SCR it shouldn't be a issue since its major part of passing zone for a VSKP-MAS/SBC Daily...Booking s under its jurisdiction will go to it...End - End zones should come up..
Still, this is a dedicated train from Kanyakumari/ Thirunelveli dists to Chennai.
